E-commerce Fulfilment

Once your goods are delivered to our secure, clean, and well-organised warehouse facilities, they are scanned in and stored in your own warehouse space. We set up a dedicated pick face for you. Your orders are then expertly picked, packed, and despatched to your consumers.

Orders – Our systematic approach allows complete order visibility from the moment an order is placed to the point of fulfilment and despatch from our warehouse. You remain in complete control of all orders, able to change, cancel, delay or even delete an order up until the point that the goods are picked and packed.

Product and stock management – All products and packaging are scanned and weighed into our system. This covers individual SKU’s, assembled kits, packaging, and printed materials. All batch numbers and expiry dates are recorded.

Re-work and co-packaging – These services include the break down of cases, cartons, and boxes into smaller units and reworking them into consumer-ready formats, gift packs and shelf-ready packs (SRPs). These are always in line with your packaging requirements. This also includes the preparation of palletised and bulk orders for onwards shipping to wholesalers, Amazon, and other vendors.

Returns – Our returns system is fully automated and where appropriate, items are returned into stock.

Reporting – Our comprehensive report dashboard can be customised to meet your business requirements if necessary.
